Mr. Nimrod Rospsha is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nerlos, established with the vision of redefining communications through breakthrough RF and Microwave technologies. He is the company’s lead innovator of breakthrough technologies, he drives the company’s strategy and partnerships, positioning Nerlos as a trusted partner delivering simplicity, reliability, and performance in mission‑critical environments.
Under his leadership, Nerlos has pioneered advanced RF solutions, including lightweight, PCB‑based radio cavities and duplexers (RCMP), enhanced with RF‑over‑fiber integration. These compact, high‑performance systems reduce infrastructure complexity while improving reliability for defense and security forces worldwide. Mr. Rospsha is widely regarded as an expert in translating deep technical innovation into scalable products that address pressing operational needs.
Before founding Nerlos, Mr. Rospsha accumulated more than two decades of experience across medical technology, wireless infrastructure and defense systems. At Topspin Medical he contributed to MRI‑based catheter development; at Mobile Access as RF manager, he oversaw the development of DAS for GE Healthcare; and as CEO of Flamingo Electronics, he led the creation of advanced printing MEMS products. He later spent seven years at CELLO as VP of R&D developing distributed antenna systems including the utilisation of network management solutions deployed in 13 countries, including critical public‑safety systems in the Carmel Tunnels and Ben Gurion Airport. He subsequently advanced RF innovations at Insertech, Intaltech, UV Tech, Humavox, GMedical, and Telematics, spanning airborne radar & communication, wireless charging, vital‑sign wearables, smart urban infrastructure and triangulation system.
Throughout his career, he has partnered with leading defense companies such as Elbit, Rafael, and Elta on SIGINT, antennas, chirp radar, and advanced RF components. This multidisciplinary foundation directly informs Nerlos’ ability to deliver cutting‑edge solutions for defense and HLS markets.
Mr. Rospsha holds patents on Nerlos’ flagship AMU and RCMP technologies and has been published in the Journal of Computational Physics. He is recognized for his forward‑looking perspectives on RF and communication, frequently sharing insights through defense forums and industry conferences.
Mr. Rospsha holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. with honors in Physical Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the field, focusing on stimulated super‑radiance emission in free electron lasers. His academic journey includes consistent Dean’s List recognition, a DSPG award, Intel’s Excellence Award, and a thesis prize for his research on Closed‑form FDTD‑compatible Green’s functions in which he has invented the Rospsha Triangles. These achievements reflect both his technical depth and his commitment to advancing the field of RF & communications.
Mr. Uri Frish is an electronics engineer with over 25 years of experience leading complex engineering systems and multidisciplinary teams. His expertise spans electro-optic and electro-mechanic systems, card conversions, and cost-optimized hardware design. He has built a proven record in managing global technical operations, guiding supplier development teams, and delivering innovative solutions that meet demanding performance and reliability standards.
As COO & Engineering manager at Nerlos, Mr. Frish focuses on translating advanced engineering into practical, field-ready solutions. He leads product development and integration efforts that ensure Nerlos’ technologies maintain high reliability and adaptability in mission-critical defense and communications environments.
Before joining Nerlos, Mr. Frish held senior engineering and management positions at ECI, Comverse, and Optiway. He directed large-scale engineering projects, field deployments, and customer support operations, as well as partnerships with international suppliers and Eastern technology partners. His career highlights include shaping technical specifications, introducing cost-reduction hardware strategies, and overseeing the worldwide rollout and integration of advanced communication products.
Mr. Frish holds a degree in electronics engineering from Tel Aviv University. He is driven by a commitment to operational excellence, reliability, and innovation, applying decades of multidisciplinary expertise to strengthen Nerlos’ mission of simplifying complex communications systems and delivering uncompromising performance for defense and security customers.
Ms. Layla Ben-Moshe drives Nerlos’ global growth by building strategic investor and partner networks and exploring new market opportunities. Her work focuses on cultivating relationships that expand Nerlos’ market reach and strengthen its international presence.
Before joining Nerlos, Ms. Ben-Moshe coordinated stakeholder and community engagement at the European Jewish Community Center, fostering partnerships across public, private, academic and governmental institutions throughout Europe. She also gained experience as a business data analyst in a confidential capacity, developing advanced analytical capabilities and a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making.
Ms. Ben-Moshe holds a B.A. with honours in International Management from Prague City University, where she also served as the President of the university’s student council. She brings a global background and international exposure and a proven ability to turn opportunities into lasting collaborations that support Nerlos’ long-term growth.
Mr. Ariel Waremstein is a senior EM & RF engineer with over a decade of experience advancing complex communications and defense technologies. His expertise bridges RF design, electromagnetic simulation, workflow automation, and design optimization, drawing on extensive experience across hardware and software development. Throughout his career, Mr. Waremstein has gained recognition for streamlining engineering processes, integrating automation frameworks, and improving the reliability and efficiency of high‑frequency systems.
As senior EM & RF engineer at Nerlos, Mr. Waremstein focuses on RF system design, electromagnetic modeling, and workflow optimization to support product development. He helps ensure Nerlos’ solutions deliver uncompromising clarity and reliability in mission‑critical defense and security environments.
Before joining Nerlos, Mr. Waremstein served as a Senior Wireless Communication Engineer at Rafael, where he worked alongside system architects and led technical teams in the design, deployment, and continuous support of advanced RF modules. He also founded and managed YourHomePage, a B2B technology venture, involved in product development and operations. Earlier in his career, he contributed to projects at Insert‑Tech, Mel‑Sivan Technologies, and Intel, where he explored areas such as cybersecurity, field application engineering, and chip validation—experiences that broadened his technical perspective and enriched his multidisciplinary approach. Across these positions, Mr. Waremstein consistently introduced new methodologies, boosted engineering efficiency, and enabled the successful rollout of innovative technologies adopted across global markets.
Mr. Waremstein holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Ariel University, along with dual B.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics, all earned with high honors. He also completed specialized training in RF and Microwave Engineering at Interlligent. Guided by a commitment to innovation, precision, and operational simplicity, Mr. Waremstein applies his multidisciplinary expertise to strengthen Nerlos’ mission of simplifying complex communications and enhancing mission‑critical performance.
Mr. Arkady Teller is an engineer with extensive experience in designing components, systems, and electronic/RF devices. He specializes in solving complex mechanical problems using advanced methodologies and technologies, as well as optimizing existing systems. His experience includes building product tree structures, creating technical drawings and specifications, and performing validation and verification of finished products.
Mr. Teler specializes in designing mechanical systems for electronic devices, optimizing them and ensuring compliance with engineering solutions.
Additionally, Mr. Teller has extensive experience in the mechanical engineering industry. His career includes consulting on projects directly with clients, optimizing advanced mechanical systems and participating in the development of high-performance mechanical engineering technologies. He quickly adapts and offers practical engineering solutions.
He holds a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering.
Mr. Ofer Reviv is a proven, charismatic leader with over 40 years of experience in global and entrepreneurial organizations. He brings deep expertise in business development, corporate leadership, and technology-driven growth, with a track record of achieving superb business results and guiding companies through strategic transformation.
As a member of the Nerlos Board of Directors, Mr. Reviv contributes strategic oversight on business growth, market positioning, and global partnerships. He supports Nerlos’ mission to simplify complexity, strengthen reliability, and drive innovation in mission-critical communications.
Mr. Reviv currently leads the business development team for Arcadis Israel, a global engineering giant. Previously, he held key leadership roles as CEO of Cello Wireless and Corrigent, and as General Manager of the Access Division at ECI Telecom. Across these roles, he has consistently identified strategic deficiencies, formulated and executed solutions, and delivered business growth and profitability. He is also recognized for his ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing teams to success.
Mr. Reviv holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Northeastern University in Boston and an MBA from Ben-Gurion University. Guided by a commitment to innovation, strategic clarity, and building long-term value, he brings perspective and leadership that strengthen Nerlos’ growth and global presence.
